Delivery time

Delivery of items in stock take place within 3 to 5 labor days after payment of your order on Empower by Design. Empower by Design strives to deliver all items on time. However, it is possible that, due to circumstances, delivery is delayed.

 

All orders are shipped with PostNL as a package to ensure correct tracking and prevent loss. Outside the Netherlands our packages are shipped with either PostNL, UPS, DHL or DPD.

Free shipping

Free shipping under the following terms/conditions:

the Netherlands: orders of € 55, - and above.
Belgium: orders of € 70, - and above.

For other countries, please contact us at hello@empowerby.design for the relevant shipping costs.

 

Returns & Warranty

The legal warranty applies to all items that you purchase from us. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can expect in all reasonableness.

 

When there is non-conformity from Empower by Design, that is when the wrong product is delivered or the product does not comply with the agreement, you can send us a request to return the product entirely at our expense or exchange it for a correct product using our Return Form.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receive the good.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of our Return Form that the agreement will be revoked. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of the cancellation

If you revoke the contract, you will receive all payments you have made up to that moment, the costs for delivery will not be refunded. in any case not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, from us back.

If you only return part of your order, the costs for delivery will not be refunded. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have shown that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you notify us of the decision to cancel the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

 

The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account.

You are liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Product can only be returned unused and in original condition, products are excluded from the right of withdrawal as soon as the seal is broken.
